> CO2 Cylinder Valve Closed – Open the CO2 cylinder valve
> CO2 Cylinder Empty or Pressure Low – Change the CO2 cylinder
> Drink Too Warm – Clean or clear the refrigeration grills/switch the unit ON
> CO2 Cylinder Valve Closed – Open the CO2 cylinder valve
> CO2 Cylinder Empty or Pressure Low – Change the CO2 cylinder
> Drink Too Warm – Clean or clear the refrigeration grills/switch the unit ON
> CO2 Cylinder Valve Closed – Open the CO2 cylinder valve
> CO2 Cylinder Empty or Pressure Low – Change the CO2 cylinder
> Drink Too Warm – Clean or clear the refrigeration grills/switch the unit ON
> Dirty Nozzle/Diffuser – Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser
> Drink Too Warm – Clean or clear refrigeration grills/switch the unit ON
> CO2 Pressure Too Low – Change the CO2 cylinder
> Dispensed Valve Out Of Adjustment – Call DrinksWorks Service Team at 0117 982 4742
> Dirty Nozzle – Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser
> Wrong Flavour Connected to Syrup Line – Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open valve until rectified
> Dirty Product Line – Call DrinksWorks Service Team at 0117 982 4742
> Empty Bag in Box – Replace empty bag in box with a fresh bag in box of the same flavour
> Line Obstruction – Free lines of any restriction
> Faulty Change-Over Valve (Where Fitted) – Manually switch change-over valve to full bag in box
> CO2 Cylinder Valve Closed – Open the CO2 cylinder valve
> CO2 Cylinder Empty – Change the CO2 cylinder
> Faulty Syrup Pump – Call DrinksWorks Service Team at 0117 982 4742
> Water Off -Open mains water stop cock
> CO2 Cylinder Valve Closed – Open the CO2 cylinder valve
> Reset Button Tripped – Follow reset instruction located on the cooler or carbonator
> Syrup to Water Ratio Incorrect – Call DrinksWorks Service Team at 0117 982 4742
> Refrigeration Unit Not Working – Check main power supply, switch ON power to the refrigeration unit
> Insufficient Airflow Through Condenser (Dirty Grill) – Clean cooler/condenser grill
> Grill Obstruction – Remove any objects blocking air into or out of the refrigeration unit
